I was calling around to find a dress shop that would accommodate my sisters and mom to help me find a wedding dress and JoAnn’s was so willing to have my crew come. I had an idea of the dress I thought I would like, and after speaking to someone on the phone from JoAnn’s, I knew I wanted to go there to find my dress. I got to work with Jolene, who was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. When I was starting to put the pressure on myself to make a decision, Jolene was incredibly kind and gave me some good advice to think about: “Why do you like this one? Is it because that’s the style you came in here wanting? You seem to really feel comfortable in this other dress.” I am so glad she said that because I left with the most unique, special, and “me” dress! They also have a great selection of veils to choose from and try on with your dress. I was worried about getting my dress in time since I was getting married in 4 months, but it all came in so quickly and they called me back as soon as they got the shipment. I went back in, tried it on, and was speechless. I cannot recommend JoAnn’s Bridal enough! You can tell that they are a family owned business and truly care about all of their customers.
